REDEEMER PREP ACADEMY

Our Academics
Redeemer Prep provides a rigorous academic curriculum rooted in God's word. Our small class sizes (maximum of 10 students) enable our educators to address each child's academic needs, whether that be providing an extra challenge or extra support. We love teaching students to learn to love learning!
Grading Scale
We believe when high standards are set, students rise to meet them. Therefore, CCS operates under a seven point scale grading system, as opposed to the public education system's ten point scale. Meaning, in a public school a score of 90% would equate to earning an A, while at RPA an A is earned at 93%. We strive for excellence in everything we do and pride ourselves in equipping students to reach their full academic potential.
5 days p/week
Students attending RPA's traditional 5 day a week program partake in full-time classroom learning from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM daily. Working with classmates, often across grade levels, students engage in coursework that is fun, challenging and encourages them to learn to love learning.
3 days p/week
RPA's optional hybrid learning program offers students, who meet academic standards, the option of combining learning in the classroom with learning at home. Three days a week (Monday, Wednesday, Thursday) are spent learning on campus in a traditional classroom, while two days a week (Tuesday & Friday) are spent completing assignments provided by the teacher at home with a supervising adult such as a parent or grandparent. This innovative combination creates additional time and space for discipleship at home and for parents to play a more direct role in a student's education with the support of experienced educators.

A Beka Christian curriculum is used for all grade levels for its emphasis on mastering phonics, and language arts. Bob Jones Press promotes additional reading comprehension. Saxon Math is used for 3rd - 12th grades. Purposeful Design is often used in science advancement for 4th - 8th grades.
